Gloucester Walk, Kensington. Dressed by us and now on the market through @willallenprimeproperties. Our client did a total refurb and the house has been finished to an incredibly high standard. Our design brief was inspired by @roseuniacke; pared back with touches of antique and vintage pieces.

Description
One-year maternity cover with the potential to become a permanent member of a close-knit team of Designers.

About the Role
A dynamic, hands-on position where you will be responsible for staging high-end properties, woking closely with clients and managing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
• Planning and installing furniture schemes with the team.
• Meeting with clients / estate agents and assessing properties.
• Meeting and consulting with property developers, estate agents and homeowners to assess properties.
• Monitoring and managing client portfolio (i.e. contracts, estimates, invoicing).
• Designing and implementing design schemes (i.e. mood boards, furniture layouts).
• Coordinate logistics: scheduling, installations, removals and deliveries.
• Managing and coordinating the installation / removals team on site.
• Sourcing and managing inventory (i.e. furniture, art, ornaments).
• Day to day office admin.

Key Skills & Qualifications
• An enthusiastic team player with 3 to 4 years experience in the design industry (i.e. staging, styling, interiors)
• Creative with a strong sense of style and design trends.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• An understanding of the property market.
• Proficiency in Apple computer skills (i.e. Numbers, Pages and Keynote).
• Ideal candidates would also have hands-on experience using Xero.
• Applicants must hold a 2-year minimum clean and valid UK driver’s licence.
